VIBE:
TBWA’s work hours depend on the amount of work to be done, but employees generally arrive around 9am and leave anytime between 5pm and 7pm. Work gets done wherever you are most comfortable; be it at your desk, on a couch, in a boardroom or break-out room. The agency can be very quiet and hardworking or a little bit crazy and loud, but always a lot of fun. Dress code is business casual.

CULTURE:
TBWA’S office is very open concept, located on the water in south Toronto. Staff are known as the pirates. Creative teams work at ‘the plank’ on the 6th floor, and a pirate flag can be seen flown outside of the agency. On Friday afternoons employees can be found in the main floor ‘clubhouse’ enjoying beverages together.

PHILOSOPHY:
DISRUPTION + MEDIA ARTS

LATEST & GREATEST:

A LOOK INSIDE: TBWA was assembled by Jamie Taylor, a Humber student currently interning there.
