Agencies spend a lot of time coaching clients about creating and managing their online presence. But how many of them are drinking their own Kool-Aid? How many agencies are consciously aware of their own brand online? One would assume that a website is the cost of entry, but we've all dropped by an agency's website only to find it out of date or only partially functional. And it seems like only a handful of Canadian shops have a Twitter account that is managed well enough to really create any kind of meaningful dialogue.
From any number of streams, a potential client or employee should get a feel for what an agency is like. The video below from Rethink does just that. Despite being a bit goofy, it offers an insight into the the agency's culture. Between stuff like this and their FestiveRequestive you get a pretty good idea about what kind of place Rethink really is.

Chocolate Microscope gets a shout-out from Rethink
To celebrate the holiday season Rethink took to the internet airwaves yesterday and performed customized Christmas carols on-demand. In the course of a day The Rethink Festive Requestive churned out over two hundred and fifty custom videos.
The special hip-hop rendition of Jingle Bells (above) features CABA grad/Rethink employee Jordon Cohen and was sent out to Chocolate Microscope.

Introducing Rethink Toronto
We're on a roll here in Toronto. After what seemed like an eerily quite 2009, 2010 seems to be boisterously loud with the addition of yet another agency. And I say, bring on the noise.
It's just been announced that Rethink is heading east. After years of shaking things up from their office on the west coast, they've finally decided to set up shop right on Spadina.
So why after resisting the move for so many year having the decided to add an "M' postal code to their business card? Agency founder, Chris Staples had this to say:
